Several possibilities:
1/Participate in the Green Card Lottery (to participate is free, if you are selected you'll need to have money for several fees).
2/ Try to find a job in the US. An employer interested in you if so they will file for a working visa for you. But that happens very rarely.
3/ Come here to study under a student visa (F1 I think) you will get a good start here and it's easier to look for a job after that.
But first, take your time to think about why you want to do it, get to know the American cultures and what you should expect here (no health protection you need to pay health insurance, need of a car, etc). Think about where you want to be, if you know people there who can help you etc.
America is not Eldorado, it has opportunities and a price to pay for it.

Go to Mexico and sneak across the border one night. Stay in hiding while you are here. That's how major portion of immigrants come to the U.S.
