How do you feel about the North American Union?
It's in the works and there is nothing we can do about it. This place we grew up in is not the place our children will grow up in. I am sick about it and dont know what to do. I call my Sentors and representives. I am so angry, wiping tears.

The only one that would benefit is Mexico. (WHY ARE WE ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR MEXICO'S INTERESTS?)
America would get screwed AGAIN and Canada would never go for it! I am so sick of our government and Mexico's corrupt government trying to make us Northern Mexico. WE ARE NOT MEXICO!
It's horrible that Jorge Bush is so proud of the $4 Billion for security. Experts say that this amount would only cover the CA area. The @SS claims that this will take care of the problem of border security? IMPEACH BUSH!

I feel the same way you do. I have been around for quite awhile and never imagined things would get like this. What did our forefathers fight for? This sure does explain why Bush is pushing this amnesty bill, and hedging on the fence. Why spend billions on a fence when he plans to open it all up anyway?

Another sham like the shamnesty bill, when will the USA citizens take a stand when they can't sit down because it hurts.Better stop it before it law.or were all screwed.
we need a new politcial party that has some ba*ls to solve these problems.. its not the party that we need is a person with backbone.

I agree with you...it angers me too...but this is why this bill needs to be stopped. It does nothing except to push the NAU forward.

I dont think that is remotely possible in the mid term, but anyhow, it wouldnt imply that North America would act as ONE country, the same way as europe doesnt act as one country.
Anyhow, i see why you wouldnt like it, and you are possibly right..

you might be right about some things.. but the ONE THING you are very very wrong is that you think that the US is always looking after Mexico's interests.
Yes mexican government is corrupt. yes mexico might suck... but realize that historically, always Mexico has been US underdog... I think that throughout history the US have benefited more than mexico from each other.
I doubt too this is in the works, but why does this immigration bill offer amnesty when it seems like everyone is against it? Is anyone for amnesty, giving the 12-15 million illegals a path to citizenship? It seems like no one is. My feelings are mixed, and I'm undecided on this immigration bill. I do feel better highways and rails between the north American countries would really aid businesses. I don't think America will ever have truly open borders (anymore than they are now) and the kind of future you envision. I sure hope not.
