How can I get thru immigration-can the baby come here since I am a citizen and the mother is Filipina..anybody out there know how this works? I did not have any luck with the embassy info...I want to marry her and have our baby here...or am I just out of luck..I am not in the military-I know there are provisions for that

get a fiance visa, after she comes here you two will have 90 days to marry.
Get her a temporary visa and then after you are married apply for a visa.
why cant you just be a man and go over there and be a dad? instead of smuggling in another immigrant? take responsibility for your actions.and your family.
