Unless you have absolute proof that someone is here illegally do not report it. You can get into more trouble then the illegal. I check new employee names and social security numbers to see if they are valid. When there is no match the only thing I am allowed to do it to tell the employee to get it fixed. If I do any more I get into trouble.
Call or e-mail www.uscis.gov. That's the immigration website so you should be able to find a phone number there. However, I don't think they'll do anything because I was told unless there's very large numbers of illegal immigrants causing problems that they can't do anything as they don't have enough staff.
I heard that the president pardoned a drug dealer and 2 border agents went to jail for shooting at him, and now the drug dealer is actually sueing the United States of America, so I doubt they'll do anything to the illegal immigrant you mentioned.

It won't do you any good to report it unless they are committing some kind of felony. It might not matter than.
I would like to stop illegals but I am not allowed to. I work for the IRS and we are not allowed to even pursue that issue. Kind of sad that a Federal Agent can't do anything to prosecute an illegal alien breaking US law isn't it?
