What is the solution for the immigration policy?

Absolute enforcement of our current laws would be a great start. Smoke a series of businesses to set examples and the message will get through quickly. Our politicians need to get off their duffs and put a solid plan forward for National SECURITY!! That and enforcement would solve most of our issues.
You can start by not being paranoid by the threat of 'terrorists'. You're far more likely to die from a fall in your bathtub.
First off, we do not give them blanket amnesty and wait around for them to pass a background check. We take the money and enforce the laws on the books, and we secure the border. The illegals will flush themselves out.
Some polisci major suspects they won't fall into his bathtub, hence the blaze attitude (screw it, if it won't happen to me, no biggy!)
we need immigrants 2 preform jobs us workers do not want 2 do. we need 2 exclude criminals, potential terrosits, & those coming 4 entitlements. We also should exclude who want 2 deny Us & call themselves Mexican/ americans, african/americans. ect. if they want those labels stay where u r.
we should have had national id cards made after 9/11 but we dont. your fear of the usa running out of jobs is never gonna happen. as far as your fear of terrorist while you ahve a right to be scared you shouldnt be I read somewhere once the chances of you being hurt by a terrorist are about the same or less than getting struck by lighting twice. so take a breath relax then pick up your rifle and rage against the heartless machine that our government has turned into. as i type these words agents are already on their way to confront me about my outspoken beliefs. lets take a second to forget about the the foreign terrorists and worry about the ones that live in that crystal city we call washington dc. the ones the rape and piliage the american people the ones that cram our heads with fear and apathy towrds other human life.

Good question - well thought out, too.
I believe the 'policy' on the table now in Congress is a great starting point. It has all of the elements that must be considered. If each element were debated properly then we would have an excellent start at straightening out the difficulties we face now. There are a lot of twists and turns in any proposal but I believe that we pay the Congresspeople decent money to work on, and properly decide, the problems presented to them. The time to do it is now, I believe - lame duck president, new congress (pretty much split between Democrats and Republicans) and the public is more than ready to address it themselves.
Below is my comprehensive immigration reform policy.
a) Complete building a fence along the entire US/Mexican border; this is essential.
b) End the practice of giving U.S. citizenship to the children of illegal aliens.
c) Make it a felony punishable by a minimum of 60 days in prison to be in the US illegally.
d) Keep the National Guard on border patrol duty and let them interdict intruders.
e) Pass The Nuclear Family Priority Act by Phil Gingrey (R-GA), HR 938, which would reduce chain immigration.
f) Stop providing social services to those who are in this country illegally.
g) Mexico must be charged for the cost of the incarceration of its citizens in the U.S.
h) End the practice of dual citizenship. You are an American, or you are not!
i) English must be made the National Language.
j) All U.S. police officers must determine the citizenship of those who they arrest.
After the above is accomplished, we can give amnesty to a limited number of illegal immigrants: those who work in the agricultural field, those with college degrees, those students who have been in our country over 8 years and who have a B average in high school, and those with skills that our businesses require
That's why this immigration reform must be passed.
It will make our borders more secure and EVERY IMMIGRANT that wants to come here (or is already here) will have to get a criminal background check .... and if it's not clean, they'll be kicked out!...
What better way to handle this situation than to know who's here and where they live? Imagine not knowing who more than 12 million illegals are and where they live? That's SCARY! As far as I know, one of them could be one of Osama Bin Laden's brothers .... but we would have no way of knowing that because the stupid politicians DON'T have the guts to decide on an immigration reform.

I did read the bill and I don't have a problem with it. The difference between you and me is that I'm not scare that an immigrant will take my job. I have an education and am more than qualified to do my job. I'm also not afraid that my welfare check will be less this month becasue I make plenty of money to buy what I want and need. I'D MUCH RATHER GIVE MY TAX MONEY TO IMMIGTANTS THAN TO FUND A WAR WHICH WAS STARTED W/O ANY REAL PROOFO.Oh, and by the way-- It doesn't seem like the wall's being built..I've crossed to mexico many times and haven't seen it progess... also, you know who the government 'tried' to hire to build the wall? IMMIGRANTS ! that way they didn't have to pay them as much ! HA HA HA... pero los mandaron a la chingada.

Step one: LOCK DOWN THE BORDERS! The law was already passed back in October to build a fence, which is a good start.
Step two: Increase fines for employers who employ illegals. No jobs equals no illegals.
Step three: Enforce the laws already on the books.
Step four: Replace all senators and congressmen who think this amnesty bill is a good idea. If you actually read the bill, you would be appalled.
Personaly I say we should give border patrol more power. If we are going to arest them for doing their job then how scared are the illeagles going to be about entering our country? We should put the national guard at major areas that are known for entrances of illeagle alians. We should make a huge fine for anyone who hires illeagles and they should also go to jail for a specific amount of time as well as loose their buissness if cought on more then one occasion. This will cuase feer in those who hire illeagles, they will stop hireing them and the illeagles will have no reason to be here. One thing that might be a problem in the illeagle alien issue is that Mexico supports people crossing over illeagly. As well as there beign a few famous pop stars such as Shakera (I dont think I spelled that right) who came over here illeagly and get discovered promote it in there songs.
For safety's sake, we must stop immigration reform from ANYWHERE! Why? Do the people who are illegal go to their doctors for a medical exam or immunizations? No, probably not, yet they are coming over in herds! No one stops them and our government has decided to give up on controlling the borders to America. Why is that? I also think immigration causes security risks to America - we don't even know where these illegals are - why is that? Jobs and economic security is a huge problem and our government has just allowed the illegals to come in droves and there is no agency that is actually stopping the hiring of the illegals by business. When Swift & Co. were shut down when 1,300 illegals were arrested and deported in 6 meat-packing plants in the midwest, all that did was boost the cost of all Americans to buy food. We deported the illegals but kept the kids! How sick is that? What America needs is a responsible government that will permanently close ALL the borders to America and when illegals are found, deport them immediately along with their families. Also, when illegals are hired by big business, fine the businesses huge amounts and shut them down permanently! Blanket amnesty is NOT the answer!
the problem is , that illegal Mexican immigrants DON'T respect this country. They bring some of their "culture" with them, which includes using our streets for their personal toilets, annoying our women with their macho and often vulgar come ons, they abuse our welfare system, they show open disrespect for our flag and our laws.
If you were to go illegally to Mexico and show their country the same disrespect that the Mexican illegals show this country, you might be jailed, beaten or even killed.
The illegal Mexican is coming here because his own country is already a filthy sewer. and who wants to live like that.
The best way to deal with it is with military force. Open season on anyone with out proper papers. If you kill a couple thousand of them theyll stop sneaking in here...and if you catch one here illegally...#1 sterilize him/her...#2 throw them in prison for 10 years. #3 send their spouses and kids to work in the salt mines with nothing for tools but their f***ing tears.
Come here legally or dont come at all.
