My question is how can i get my husband to america?

i have been married for 5 months now and my husband went to visit his family back in south africa.now im so confused about how i can get him back in because i thought that since we are married he could come back.

Answer:
put him in a plane.
You didn't look into this before he left? BRILLIANT!!!!!!
Have him fly to Mexico and walk across the border. Nobody seems to care that it is a wide open door.
You have to file all the paperwork and he has to be investigated. Plus, you have to sign a paper swearing you will support him for 10 years.
that is a really big misconception. My aunt who is canadian such as I, married an american and it took about 3years for her to come and be with him, she could visit but not stay long...she could need visas to stay extended periods of time. In fact immigration by marriage is always suspect when the person comes from another part of the world. I was in love with a Turk and we were told by lawyers that he would have to go back to Turkey to wait until immigration was approved, which could take years. Your best bet is for him to apply for visa to visit you and just go through the process. good luck
You could go to South Africa to be with him
Write to him, call him, e-mail him. Get in tocuh with your husband, and tell him that he needs to either come home to get you, or buy you a plane ticket down there. You two are married, he should know better than to leave you to visit family like that!
There is a process and it is for the benefit of the United States, not you, there has to be a screening process and a waiting period and fees are also involved. Many people think that once you marry an American your instantly an American, not a chance. Yeah, you might be in love , but love also has to go through the INS process.
If you are a citizen, you can sponsor your husband for permanent residency. You need to file an I-130 for him with USCIS. This will take about 1 year to completely process.

While you are waiting for that paperwork to be completed, you can file I-129F for your husband to get a K3 visa, which is a visitors visa for spouses of US citizens. This visa is much shorter to process and he should be able to return to the US in about 4-6 months while the I-130 is being processed.

Once the I-130 is processed, your husband will have to return to South Africa for an interview with the Consulate. This interview is designed to determine whether your marriage is a good faith marriage and it will determine whether or not your husband will be granted permanent residency in the US.

I hope this helps!
I'd suggest FedEx. I'm pretty sure they ship international.

I am not sure if it works the same way over there, but for Mexico they have to apply for citizenship go overthere for about 6 months to a year, then you have to prove that, if he comes back you can support him.
