Not many people have this opportunity in Mexico, so only those who desperately want to have a further direction in life will do anything to go in and come out with a diploma.

Polaris, I have a better one. Tell the mexican government (purposely not capitalized because I have absolutely no respect for the government of Mexico) that just like a babysitter demands payment, we'll start taking land from Mexico in compensation for everyone that crosses the boarder. Maybe then, they'll get off their behinds, and work to fix their country so everyone doesn't have to leave to escape poverty (unless you're a drug-lord that is... they seem have it made in Mexico with all the help from the government and all).
