Depends if you were truly deported (rare) or just removed (commonly), removed no one will ever know, deported, try America, quote their Statue of Liberty inscription.
Not a good idea. Chances are, that for a time, nothing will happy if you want to work...there is work on the black. But the rates will be very low, you'll have no S Security or basically no allowances like Bank Account, etc
Also, if you were 'deported' as you say, there will be a record at all official ports of entry.
If you've been deported, then there is little chance of you being able to come back again.

If you were DEPORTED then you can NEVER lawfully return unless a British court or the Home Secretary has rescinded the deportation order. If you were REMOVED for a given reason then you can seek to re-enter subject to usual visa requirements. If you were removed recently then I wouldn't bother in all honesty.
