You can adopt whatever immigration laws you want, the bottom line is that the government doesn't enforce our laws...so, we are back to square one!
And the best part about it is that you cannot do anything about it. You seem to know little about your own history and laws, how do you know so much about Mexicans?
They are not complaining that our laws are "racist against Mexicans." They are marching because they feel they have contributed a lot to this country and our immigration laws are in need of a total overhaul.
All countries have immigration laws. I know someone who is a native and citizen of Guatemala who went to live in Mexico and yes, Mexico had strict immigration laws that had to be complied with (which she did).
Truly, your question is quite empty. What is your point really? 1.) Do you think the average Mexican knows what the immigration laws are in their country? Given what I read around here from people who are clearly interested in immigration law and passionate about their views, but are sadly incredibly ingnorant and misinformed about OUR laws. What makes you think things are any different in Mexico? 2.) Not ALL immigrants come to the US from Mexico!

Who said they prefer Mexico's immigration laws? You are not very smart, I can tell. These immigration laws are in fact not helping the Mexican people, but its not working for the illegal immigrants (which not only include Mexicans).
