Visa question?

If my fiancee comes here on a six-month visa from russia and we get married will she be able to stay and work in this country?

Answer:
Yes, as long as you see a lawayer and fill out the appropriate paper work. It will take a few months though for her to get her work authorization card and ss# The enitre process can take years.
yeah.
the best thing to do is use an immigration lawyer to get the fiance visa ... then they will point u in the right direction to start the rest of the paperwork ... theres more to it than just getting married however that is a requirement.
if you get her a fiance visa
Due to the dramatic affect that health care services have on all of the inhabitants of the United States, the costs for each service needs to be regulated by our government. Every other industrialized country regulates their health care costs and so should we. If we continue down our present path, healthcare costs will soar without limitation.

In the United States, we pay, at the very least, 2x as much as any other industrialized country (http://www.jhsph.edu/publichealthnews/pr... and the only way for this to change is for the government to step in and regulate this vital service.
(ex. An MRI should not cost upwards of 4000 for a single use http://www.acor.org/ped-onc/treatment/mr... But in actuality, they can charge as much as they want because it is not regulated.)
Better check the current rules - they keep changing daily right now.
I married a woman from the Ukraine and the answer depends on the type visa she gets. If she comes on a fiancee visa I-129F requiring she get married within 90 days then she stays while you file a I485 Adjustment of Status. For her to work until she receives a green card you will need to file another form:
I765 Authorization to work. The first I765 was free and after that it was a fee. Each of the forms carries a filing fee and means visits to your local BCIS office. I would suggest you file the I485 Adjustment of Status as soon after your marriage as possible. Use an immigration lawyer if you feel you can't follow the directions that come with each form. Also think document everything and keep copies of everything. Think I have to prove she loves me and I love her and this is not a marriage for citizenship or money.
