Could i still get a working visa to other country even if i had overstayed my visa from another country?
Answer:
I would have thought so, just don't tell them and get a replacement passport so there are no Visa stamps in it (say you lost it).
Call the country up and ask them, they may just tell you no we don't have a rule for that situation. If they do then you know what to do to work around it, (keep quiet)
Good Luck
Cantevencatchme, I am only divulging what I have had to do in the past; On one return trip to USA, I was sent for interrogation as they wanted to know why I had stayed 3 times in one year, 9 months in total, 3 trips, I never overstayed but they were suspicious, they nearly deported me. They searched me, checked my wallet for US driving license credit & store cards or any evidence that I was living good in the USA. Luckily I had my tall story straight and they believed me so they stamped me in for another 3 months.
In some countries they only need the slightest excuse to give you some grief so why tempt fate, I do not think it is being creepy; it is good preparation.
You definitely can, one country has nothing to do with the other .
