Answer:
Hi. I saw your other posts and I know your problem. I'm not really answering your question but just offering some suggestions here.
Since you don't have a passport, it is impossible for you to go to any other country (legally). I suggest you stay in China. Chinese officials never investigate on those "illegal residents", unless they commit some criminals there. I know a lot of Africans stay in China illegally.
China allows "stateless people" to live in China. Maybe you can give up your US citizenship first (if it is possible) and stay in China as a stateless person. And then apply for Chinese citizenship.
The following is from China's Nationality Law:
http://www.law-lib.com/law/law_view.asp?...
Article 7
Foreign nationals or stateless persons who are willing to abide by China's
Constitution and laws and who meet one of the following conditions may be
naturalized upon approval of their applications:
(1) they are near relatives of Chinese nationals;
(2) they have settled in China; or
(3) they have other legitimate reasons.
If you are looking for a country that allows ANYBODY to become a citizen, then the United States is the place for you!
Even if you can't get citizenship legally, just overstay your visa or cross the Rio Grande, and wait for the next illegal alien amnesty!
The easiest country to get over immigration laws is the USA. No other country allows what they demand of us.....free and open borders.
Sorry about your loss.If you need a fresh start, I am not sure but have heard that Uragray was very open to newcomers. Some countries ineastern Europe are also very open.Good luck..
I know there are many restrictions in South America, but then to be a citizen there makes little difference in practical terms. I am sure however that if you wanted citizenship, and had enough money, if given to the right people...I am sure they would "forget" their laws for you.
Most western nations will require you to have a skill needed in their economy, and usually enough funds to support yourself (many of them have fixed amounts needed to be put in escrow so that you do not consume social services).
*bursts out laughing at the previous recommendations to move to the USA*
Aren't you the American who was married to a Mexican and lost custody of their kids, fled to China to avoid paying child support (and has a warrant against them), and then stupidly lost their passport.
Listen to me carefully. You're going to have a very difficult time getting to another country without getting a passport.
Check out Singapore.
