nobody here can answer this from experience unless they have lived in every part of both of these countries for a long time (and have really opened their eyes)
there will be some idiots in every country
i understand that this is a real concern, but make sure you don't let it become more important than everything else when making this decision

Well racism is vast in Canada but for the majority its directed towards the indians its equivlent to the united states and racism against black people. However Canada is much better offers great medical and vast oppurtunity i would go with canada!
I heard, Australia can be bad, and right now there is a strong anti muslim feeling to do a cleric who avocate muslims take over that country through immigration. There are some hostilities in Canada over immigration, but In some ways they are friendlier and some ways they are worse than the U.S..I have alot of Canadaian relatives. I heard the French part is not to friendly to outsiders.

It doesn't matter how white your skin is.. just visit both countries and see which one has the traits that you like the most. I personally wouldn't live in Northern Canada because there's too much snow.
I think a determining factor may be whether or not your creditals hold up in either country. Pakistan creds.. *hand shakes* they can be so-so depending on the school you went to.
Slew: That "muslim cleric" refered to women (who did not wear the headscarf) as uncovered meat who deserved to be raped. He basically says that women should be covered up to prevent men from their lust and that if a women is raped is is her fault for wearing suggestive clothing. He's also said that he is more Australian than the Prime Minister is.

Pick the country where the actual Pakistani and/or Muslim legal immigrants (and homegrowns) are rebelling the least. That's your best bet to tell which country assimilates them well.
I know nothing about Australia. But, I'd strongly recommend Canada. Canada IS one of the greatest nations on earth. By any standard, Canada is a good place to live and work. The ONLY fault with Canadians is their odd habit of using vinegar on the fries.LOL
