Can an ex-wife receive her permanent green card?

My ex-wife was on condtional status. it's been four years now since we divorced in civil court. She filed the usual claim "Battered spouse" in lieu of filing jointly with me, she could file on her own. My main concern is to remarry in the Catholic Church. I could file for an annulment but it would take 5 years prior for the Catholic tribunal to declared my marriage annuled. A recent feedback from the Tribunal suggested: "In the event your ex-wife is subjected to deportation, the Catholic Church can annul my marriage within a period of one month.

My overall question: Does she have a chance to remarry someone else, while she still has to prove her marriage to me was "BONA-FIDE" i.e. "VALID"...

Anyone who has legal knowledge please advise..Thank you kindly

Answer:
like you said it's been 4 years since divorced, she only has to prove during the first 2 years or the time with you that it was, if she left due to abuse and can document it, then she could remarry and gain her status through new spouse or the battered spouse basis. I would think the odds are against you only if her claim is true.
You want her to get deported just so you can get a quick annulment? Thats mean.
Yes she can, because she is now protected after you battered her...
