My wife is 12 years younger that me,?
Answer:
if she is younger than 17 or 18...then ya it will be a problem..but if sheis older than 18 u r fine..
well good luck hopefully she is older than 18..otherwise is bad and u should not be with a minor....
Congratulations
If you're anywhere under the age of 30, you're a child molester!
The age difference shouldn't be a big issue, I'm 15 years younger than my husband. But if your wife is only 13 years old, then it can become an issue. In the United States, I believe a girl has to be 17 or 18 to be married without a parental consent.
It shouldn't be a promblem unless your wife is a minor( under the age of 18)
so... if guy love each other then that fine
You're fine as long as she is at least 16. If she isn't than it is illegal in the United States
No but the green card thing, that probably is.
Congratulations!
I doubt it.

An adjudicator's bias does play into it, so you're not paranoid to consider this. Just be sure to have plenty of evidence of a good faith relationship. Cards, copies of utility bills with both names if available, insurance policies showing each other as beneficiary if available, lease or mortgage with both names, commingling of finances (bank statements etc.), statements by friends, photos, anything tending to show it's a relationship not entered into solely for an immigration benefit and you'll be fine.
