I really think this is an issue for all Americans, regardless of party affiliation. There are people in different parties that want amnesty, there are people in different parties that want the illegals deported. This is one issue that doesn't have party polarity. I agree we need security, but there are many, many people that are opposed to the Patriot Act, not just Democrats.

Sorry, but you are wrong about the Dems.The Dems want all the illegal aliens in our country to become citizens, so that they will vote for Dems. There are some Repubs who want amnesty for all the illegals, Bush, McCain, Graham, Spector, but most Repubs don't want to give the illegals amnesty.
