How and when will Indians learn to respect their smaller neighbours?

I think India would have teething problem of acquiring super-power status whether it is real or pseudo. When they would be real rich in most of the faculty that life touches then they would automatically become modest.
At present, they can afford to be a bit abrasive. Please bear with them for a while and may be the next generation leadership in India would live in peace and let neighbors live with respect.
However, as the Idiom goes "It Takes Two To Tango" means that two people in a fight are both responsible for that fight. So, the smaller neighbors must also learn to behave with 'big-brother' (lol).
Example: "He hit me first; it wasn't my fault!"
Answer: "It takes two to tango." Just like a dance between two lovers (the tango); one person might start the fight, but they both keep it going
Example: "Her husband is awful; they fight all the time."
Answer: "It takes two to tango." A conflict is not the fault of just one person or the other; they are often both to blame.
