Family matter plus Green Card?

Assuming they are here legally, they are here under a work visa and you are their sponsor. You could notify INS of the incidents, but INS does not have jurisdiction over domestic matters. Those matters are better handled by the local police or family social services.
My advice to to get the hell away from that family. You could persuade INS to remove you as their sponsor and leave the family to their own demise. There is no sense to add more fuel to the fire if it's better to walk away from it while you can.

I would contact Immigration and let them know the situation or better a attorney. That really sucks. Good luck.
If they are illegal then contact immigration and they "should" be deported. But if you brought them here illegally you could also be charged. One step may be being straight up with them and just saying you are here so you are on your own, stay away from me I ain't helping you any more.
Contact the immigration bureau to get them deported and prosecuted.
