I'm going to marry a Canadian how do i move her here legally ??

Answer:
It's better to file for a fiancee visa for her then bring her here once approved. Those visas take about 3 months to process. If you marry her first you can expect to wait 2-3 years for a spousal visa.
you need to file some forms for her and then she needs to file one form. once those are both approved then she will be a permanent resident of the US. rent a U-Haul with all of her stuff, but have a list of EVERYTHING that is in the trailer, at customs they may just trust you and read the list. but yeah, other than that, i think it's all good!. you could also file for a fiance visa to get her over there too.i am marrying an american and i have stresses upon stresses, may end up killing myself to end it
