If you paid attention, there was talk from the very beginning that the bill would fail.
How come yours posted and mine didn't?
Oh well, yes. Good news. However Reid decided not to yank it and is going to try for cloture later today, again. I think he wanted to see who would vote again (they missed cloture by 3 votes) and is now going to try to change people's minds.
More calls and emails are in order. But definitely they are getting attention.

It will work in the end...many will realize that Illegal Aliens can not vote, but the people of their States do...I have called my Senators several times to get my point across...Isakson (GA) changed his mind...Chambliss is still leaning toward it, but many people have told him he can go the way of the fake war hero he replaced (Cleland)...there are not enough Peanut Farmers in South Georgia to re-elect him...and they know it...they do not want to lose their cushie jobs in DC...I have started a Political Action Group called Soldiers, Veterans, Families, and Friends for Change (SVFFC)...in the beginning it was to oppose people like Clinton, Edwards, Murtha, Kerry and Obama, but now we are also going to focus some of our energy on getting rid of the Senators that vote for the Immigration Bill...(My wife is a Legal Colombian Immigrant...so the race card can not be pulled on me...)
That's EXCELLENT news!! Maybe the guys in D.C. can be forced to wake up and listen to the American people and not so much the illegals!
