How can I become immigration consultant?

I am a practising advocate at Bangalore. I want to become Immigratiaon consultant. What is the way?

Answer:
I assist in Passport, Attestation etc. in Delhi.
Check with your local Bar to see if they have any guidelines or restrictions. Find out if there are any bond requirements.

Otherwise, get information from other countries or one country you are most interested in. Contact the service providers in that country such as immigration lawyers, job placement agencies, travel agents, etc. to add value to your clients, familiarise yourself with immigration processes and forms. Advertise and solicit business and pretty soon you will the immigration consultant.

I think the most Critical element is to going to be the legal nuances.
