Do you think I would get in trouble hiring a illegal mexican alien?
Answer:
yes, I'll report you.
Yes and No.
that is really mean. they are here just to have a better life...please do not do something like that. they will not come back in gangs with chains and bats! any one who think like that is ignorant...even if it was a legal person it is a bad thing to do. If you can't mow your own lawn then just let it grow... it is not right to treat anyone badly illegal or not...
yea they would put you in jail, and let him go.....
I don't see why you would get into trouble no one else has. Now if you don't pay them you will get into trouble. they will come back in gangs with the razors and chains. Be very careful of not paying.
First of all you should get in trouble for hiring them in the first place. Such enforcement would likely end our illegal immigration problem.
Secondly, the truth is that since they are illegal, not paying them could result in them beating or killing you, to which it would be very hard to find or prosecute the illegal who killed you.
Either way you are screwed. I say get off the couch and mow your own damn grass, buddy.
That's dangerous, because they know where you live at that point.
you can get in trouble for using them, but if you do, pay them because they will get even.
you may not like it, but they are proud of who they are,
Be careful, they will retaliate. And when you call the police, the truth of you hiring and not paying them will come out.
That's called slavery, and there is a story in the recent news in NY right now about slavery going on today.
(that's f@#$ up) you cant get in trouble in you are unaware of the fact that he/she was illegal but if they can prove that you're aware that they were illegal than ya you can. but if you do make them work and you do know but you dint pay them you can still get in trouble by the fact that you were involved with a alien.
Eric K I agree lol. Last sentence makes sence lol
it wouldn't matter what nationality the person was, i think anybody would be pissed to work and not be reimbursed for their services. regardless, you'd be the bad guy either way, and rightfully so.
its better to leave well enough along.
if you knew for sure you were hiring a illegal alian that's against the law but not paying would be another crime on your part.
and I would not blame them if they came back later on to get even would you?
what if someone hired you to do a job and did not pay?
remember they are people too..
Doing what you suggest could get you in trouble at least TWICE.
Once for hiring an illegal alien, then IF he got caught and "talked", for "theft of services" or fraud, and possibly for threatening him to get him to leave!
There are also other charges that MIGHT apply.
Aside from being morally irrehensible, it would also be pretty dang dumb.. You don't steal from someone who has nothing to lose, just to save a buck. Especially someone who knows exactly where you live. It's worth paying the guy the few bucks you owe, if for no other reason, then to have some peace of mind there isn't yet another person hiding in your bushes with a weapon waiting for you come out. Getting stabbed while walking to your car in the morning, is a bad way to start a day.
Of course not. No one does. And what the hell does morals have to do with hiring an illegal? Is it moral to kick someone out of your house when he is your loyal servant? I don't understand this from Americans and it disgusts me to be of the same nationality of them. I am a US born citizen and to hear this type of hate is repulsive.
Say i go to the US and kick your a.s.s for taking advantage of them, that would be better XD
