Police say 18-year-old Guillermo Dominquez Rodriguez is charged with indecent assault and indecent exposure among other charges.
It happened at the 5900 block of Devonshire Heights Road. On June 8, police received a report that the boy was visiting family members and was sexually assaulted. The suspect worked for and lived with the family at that address.
Rodriguez was arraigned and is now in Dauphin County Prison on $50,000 bail.

I will not say that illegal aliens are any more prone to child sexual abuse than other populations; however, it would not have happened if he had not been here.
The fault is the immigration.
If they're ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, they didn't follow the law to enter the country and shouldn't be here!! THEY ARE IN FACT CRIMINALS!!! If they want to be here so badly, to be law abiding and honest citizens who contribute to our society - DO IT THE RIGHT WAY!!
What is amazing is that 1 out of every 4 inmates in federal and state prisons is an illegal alien! Costing billions of dollars a year.
This is really amazing to me and almost beyond belief, that many politicians do not want to protect our borders.
The answer is, that children's lives will continue to be shattered, because our politicians are not really that dedicated to doing anything about the problem.
