Legalize the illegals so that there will be no problem. They will be paying taxes correctly and will be more industrious to contribute to the American economy.
put a $25.00 bounty on each illegal turned in and deported, see how family oriented they are then, they'll be turning their own in! i would be happy if my taxes where used this way! any one who hires them should lose their businesses and do jail time!! any one who rents to them should lose their housing units!
The answer is simple, ask the americans not to hire them, nobody is going to cross the border. As much as you complaint, you get cheap labor! Look at the positive side.
Immigrant ideology
If you lived in a shack next to a mansion, you might aspire to turn your house into a mansion someday. But if you know that will never happen, what's the next best thing to sooth your aching ego? Why to see your neighbor's big house burn to the ground. Maybe even with the family still inside.
And so it is with immigrants today. Once they came to the West aspiring to be Westerners themselves. But that goal seems out of reach for the average jungle dweller. So the next best thing is to flood into the offending nation and drag it down to the level of where ever you came from.
What's behind the jihad mentality of the muslim world? Jealosy! They'll tell you that right up front. They resent the fact that the West has left their backward civilization in the dust. But they are totally incapable of raising their culture to our level. So what's their reaction? Destroy Western civilization. Remove the offending reminder that their religion has left them in a state of arrested development.
And who gives people the idea that you simply destroy all that's grand in order to achieve cultural parity? Communism. That has always been the principle goal of Communism. The only thing Commies hate more than the aristocratic elite, is the bourgeouse...the middle class. The very people who are at the verge of crossing over to become the next wealthy generation.
How ironic that here in the US we've been so successful at wiping out true poverty, that the Left no longer has an audience to pander to. So, as they try to bring in a fresh audience of down and out immigrants, they are trying to convince Americans that the evil Republican Party is waging a "war on the middle class".
Don't bother to ask why it would be in the interests of the so-called rich to destroy their best customers. Likewise we were never told why the rich would want to destroy the "poo-er" either, other than to turn them into "middle class" consumers of everything the rich produce.
The only thing that Leftists hate more than the landlord, is anyone who tries to reason out their rhetoric. We're just supposed to accept that the Left has only our best interests at heart and leave it at that.
There are only two ways to achieve social and international parity. Uplift everyone through freedom of opportunity. Or drag everyone down to the lowest levels of poverty. The Left has chosen the easy route by allying itself with gravity. Unbridled immigration is the millstone around our necks that will surely drag us under.
You are ready to throw in the towel already? This problem is not that difficult to solve.
1) Announce publicly that as of a certain date all illegal aliens must have left the country or registered with the appropriate authorities.
2) Announce publicly that any illegal aliens caught after that date will be guilty of a class A felony and arrested.
3) Announce publicly that anyone who employs an illegal will be fined $20,000 per person per day.
4)Any employer who wishes to keep them on his payroll may register them as guest workers, pay at least minimum wage and provide health insurance.
5)Any guest worker who looses his job must notify the appropriate authorities immediately.
6) Any illegal alien caught in America after a certain date will be deported and will be banned from re-entering America for any reason for life.
7) Empower all Federal, State and Municipal law enforcement to arrest and detain illegal aliens.
8) Build fences and walls and make it a felony to climb, pass through or tunnel under them.
This is not that hard to do. All our government lacks is the will. It is only a matter of removing any reason for them to come here and creating lots of reasons for them not to.
