If an illegal immigrant gets pulled over in the state of GA without a license can they be deported?
Answer:
No they can get a ticket. The only way you can get deported is if they dont have a green card/active green card/ or it has been revoked (by the officer, gov. officals, immigration officers, ect ect)
Yes, but it is a matter of follow through by the official.
Not necessarily. Deportation is usually reserved for the Real criminal element. Getting a traffic pull over, does not do much, but get them a court date and fines.
Haha yeah right. In this country NOT.. I mean here in virginia they can get a DUI and stay and then not only do they get ANOTHER Dui they kill two teenage girls in the process and yet hmmm THEY ARE STILL HERE. SO hopefully Georgia has thier head outta thier butt and does something even if it is sending them to somewhere to apply for citizienship or something
yes he can be deported the new law is diferent and illegal inmigrants they do not have to drive
Legally they can, but in reality they won't be because ICE doesn't have enough money to deport nonviolent criminals.
I don't know about the whole state, but I know if that crap happened in Forsyth County, bad things would happen to the perps. HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa.
no only if you gets pulled dui or felony
I hope so!
