Why do illegal aliens have more rights than us?
He did not have a license, is here illegally, and the car may not be his. This means, of course, that is not insured so I have to cover the repairs to my truck since I don’t have full cover. Although this situation sux, I’m glad that he crashed on me and nobody got hurt, he could’ve killed someone! I asked the police what is going to happen to him and they said that he is going to be deported. I was glad…. Until they said that they are letting him go (YES, letting him GO) to gather up his things, so he can come back to be deported.

Yes, illegal aliens have far more rights than Americans. In California, most of the time they don't get ticketed for hit and run driving, driving without a license, driving without insurance, or for traffic violations. An American would be in deep trouble if they did a hit and run accident.

I am sorry for your predicament...this is exactly why I have been on this site about illegal aliens in the USA. This must be the customs that they want to bring here because I keep hearing more and more people getting in accidents with DRUNK illegal aliens.

Its there ignorance that makes them have rights. its like for this month in may they went to protest in the streets of los angeles and tell everyone that they deserve equall right, but does any immigrant think also about our soldiers in iraq dying for our freedom, does any one ever see them out there telling the goverment to bring them back to our once beautiful country(over taken by beaners).

i actually believe this story and i know from experience that it can definitely happen. u wonder why? bc my identity was stolen about 3 yrs ago. after dealing w the irs so much bc I kept being audited for extra income taxes from jobs i never had they caught the ppl that were working under my name. they called me to the police to identify one of the illegals they caught so i could tell them if i knew them or not, to sign and swear that i did not give them permission to use my ssn, all the usual stuff. they told me they were going to deport her, but as in the story above, THEY LET HER GO TO "GATHER UP HER THINGS" and voluntarily come back to be deported. how stupid is that? 2 yrs later, we are still waiting for her to come back to the police. they told me i could press charges, but why spend money on lawyers when i know that my case aint going anywhere? they definitely have more rights, bc if an usa citizen breaks a federal law, she will get jailed immediately, she wont be let go to "gather up her things and come back" like this woman did
