i am a us citizen born and raised here. i support illegals to an extent ok. yeah they came here the wrong way but they came here for an honest living in which more then 90% of you would do the same.
yeah i understand some do not pay taxes and are on warefare but..
niether do drug dealers and lazy americans that do not want to work and make a living for them self.
yeah they take up room in school but more white kids drop out then illegals do yeah illegal girls have babies at a young age but they suppor them and work even with a illegal documents also americans do it too.
and why is it a big issue any wayz i have seen more lite skin killers then brown you kw why b/cuz they get away with it and still we worry about illegals they are even scared to call the police for help due to deportion i don't think they would commit all those so called crimes lets think about people not skin color we are all created equal

Polite post, not insulting to others, not deserving of the same.
Illegal immigration (which is done from every continent in the world) is unjust. We no longer have quotas. We have multiple ways to come into this country, and only true citizenship takes a few years. The others are quite quick.
Illegal immigrants enter for several reasons:
1) To avoid the felony background check;
2) To avoid the serious contagious disease check;
3) To avoid the check for minimal (and I mean minimal) job skills;
4) To cut in line;
5) To go on welfare (hard to do if the government is already tracking you);
6) To avoid the extra fees or efforts to enter legally.
There is nothing stopping as many people as want to to come into our country legally.
Mexico treats illegal entry as a felony, and strictly enforces it. So do most countries.
We are the only country getting grief for wanting to secure our borders.
We do not owe them. More, many of our legal immigrants (my brothers and sisters in citizenship) are rather upset at the cheap excuses given for amnesty or other things suggested to avoid closing the border to illegal (not legal) aliens.
I can't blame them.
We aren't against the desire for an honest living. There is NOTHING stopping them from doing so. They can do so legally. Nothing stands in their way.
Which leaves the question. Why do they chose to avoid the border checks and papers?
I've listed the reasons above.

First of all the law is the law. Second if we have so many homegrown lunatics here than even 1 more is too much. To speak for all illegals saying they came here to make an honest living is illogical. I am sure there must be at least a percentage of them that are killers, drug dealers etc. If there is a percentage of citizens that are than it stands to reason that there is a percentage of them as well. I completely agree that skin color means nothing and it really doesn't. Do you think any country from south of our border would put up with foreigners marching in their streets with foreign flags or how about demanding that they speak a foreign language. The crime rate from these illegal friends of yours have cost lives from their drunk driving, they support the drug cartel, beat their women, steal children and make them sex slaves. They steal anyone's social security number that they can get their hands on and destroy other people's lives, steal our health benefits that should be going to US citizens, they steal our tax dollars and never give back. They sponge off our government, don't pay taxes, take jobs away from our citizens, and I could write a book about their destructive and illegal activities.

How about we end your illegal friends' fear of deportation and just get it over with. Why shouldn't they go back to their country? They don't belong in the US. Here would be a typical scenario for an American:
single mother, perhaps only one child about 3 or 4 years old, working 2 measly paying jobs let's say grocery store cashier during the day and perhaps a waitress at night, no healthcare from either employer so your not covered and you drive a clunker around that just barely makes it where you need to go. You have maybe 20$ in your bank account.
Or another scenario
You have 3 kids your husband was laid off at the auto plant because they are shutting it down manufacturing has gone over to china. you and your husband are both in your 50s thought he would have his job for life. You have never really worked so you pick up a night job as a waittress, your husband can only find work at the gas station or wal mart. neither of you has an employer that provides healthcare, you pay out of pocket what little you can for the state plan, but it covers hardly anything. you lost your house, had your vehicle taken, your credit is shot, all money is gone from bank account to buy and fix a clunker that you share. you only have maybe 30$ in bank account left each week. hmm 50's not going to be able to retire now or even afford college tuitions for children at that.
So now do you see why Americans are peeved about this issue?

The skin color argument gets a little old after awhile. Not that it is never a legitament argument but it seems to be the only argument illegals have. The whole point is that they are here illegaly.There is also no way to keep criminals from fleeing to the US if they can just run across the border. In my opinion anyone that sneaks into this country, from Cuba, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico... anywhere, is breaking the law. Thus illegal. There are proper ways to become a citizen. Most other countrys wouldnt treat you so well if you were there illegally.
They also drive down wages. They will accept a lower wage because it goes a longer distance in Mexico and Canada to some extent. $80 dollars can feed a family for a month in Mexico. Thus employers take advantage of this. And an argument I hear is that illegals take all the jobs nobody else wants.... I work at a large bakery in Indiana. We have a large population of hispanics working there. We have immigration come through every few years and we will lose anywhere from 5-10 employees for being illegal.
Another example, my sister lives in Seattle and has a decent size lawn. The guys that did her landscaping were Illegal and were making about $130 to trim her bushes and mow. Not what I would call cheap labor. They were knocking out 3 or four lawns a day. The company got shut down by immigration because the owner was deported with most of his crew. My point is that illegals are not all sitting on the corner peddeling fruit. Most are making normal wages but employers still make out because they dont have to worry about health insurance and retirement plans.
My opinon is not popular but I think Mexicans should stay in Mexico and fix there county instead of flooding into the US. I dont mean to sound mean but the situation is never going to change if everyone just flees to the US.
There are plenty of low life losers of all colors in this country but the difference is that they are American losers. At one point either there parents or grandparents fought for this country and paid alot of taxes.
To avoid mass deportation I would give any illegals a choice. Either deportation or give anyone 18 - 35 the opportunity to join the service. If you are willing to fight for this country I dont have a problem with you being a citizen.

Let's say I break into your house. Let's say that when you discover me in your house, you insist that I leave. People who are hispanic, white, and black all do things that are not right as far as bringing children into the world that they can't afford or having them at an early age. It is not a race issue.

As far as being scared to call the police due to fear of deportation....well they shouldn't be here if they are not legal. I might feel a bit sorry for them if they where in the process of becoming legal. At least trying. But just going through life ,knowing they are not legal and doing nothing about it is wrong.
