my daugter father is illegal here in the united stated and has stolen some one elses identity that is deceased.His has threatened to take our daughter out of the country because i took him to court for child support.My worst fear is that he will pick her up for is court ordered visitation and will not bring her back and I will never see her again.He doesnt want her because its out of love or the best interest for her.He is just doing it out of spite.When she is with her father I do nothing but worry if she is doing ok, if he will bring her home? I cant sleep nor can I eat because thats how sick it makes me. I do not want to take the chance that he will pick her up and never bring her back. I love my daughter with all my heart and couldnt imagine my life with out her. My daughter is three years old and has no idea who her father is because he rarely has any thing to do with her. she is scared if him. All that I want to be able to do is to protect my daughter.not take her from her father

I don't know how we give court ordered anything to an illegal person. That is the stupiest thing..You need to get your child away from him first and foremost , please put her first. You can call your local office of home land security. call your local soc sec office and tell them he is using a dead persons id.Just remember no matter what the court says just because you can make a baby dose not make you a father.
