Inmigration question?

my cousin had been dating this girl from Poland for a while, they recently got married is there anything my cousin can do to help his wife stay in the country with him and her newborn child? I believe she entered the country illegally, they have hired an inmigration lawyer but is there anything else they could do?

Answer:
I believe that she will be asked to leave the US for a period of time. This is another reason why we must support our immigrant laws in order to stop all these familie from being seperated.
NOPE!

I've seen a few cases like these.

If she submits an application she will have to leave the country and return to her native country to continue on with the process.

It's different with every case, depending on every individual's record. Even if her child was born here- I think they'll still make her leave.

Maybe this new immigration reform bill might help her out. Since she is married to an American citizen and has a child with him, it will be easier and faster for her to become legalized.
Just tell them she is from Mexico. Bush is creating a path for them.
well let the immgration lawyer handle it he knows what to do
i dont think there is much else to do.
