I want to help my fiance get a US visa does anyone know how to?
Answer:
As well as the info and links in the top post you will find a great Guide for filing the I-129F petition for a fiance at http://www.familybasedimmigration.com/fo...
The information it contains is well tested and covers things that are not clear in the USCIS instructions as well as additional info of requirements. You will also find a FAQ section that will help answer any questions that you may have throughout the process as well as a mountain of links to various immigration resources that you will need throughout the process.
All the very best to you.
File a form I-129F, with all the supporting documentation, with the Citizenship and Immigration Service. It will take from 6 months to 1 year to process.
He will be issued a K-1 visa. After he arrives in the United States you have 90 days in which to get married.
After you're married he can apply for a Green Card.
