Immigration,a war of cultures or of spirituality and/or religion?

It seems as if this immigration/illegal immigration issue all of a sudden got sparked by some kind of belated wake up call! Almost like suddenly being rudely awaken by self-centered fear,or finger pointing blame here in the U.S.
Why all of a sudden in the last, what,12-months? Has the walk-out's from work by both legals and illegals to demonstrate the injustices against Mexican culture such as profiling in manners that all cultures are equally guilty of including so called members of church's etc. Then you who whine about illegals causing working class Americans to be over looked/under paid "blah-blah-blah" complain! So is it fair to say that it's mainly some type of security blanket to point fingers every where but yourselfs? Or is it that Americans are so naive/ignorant to see the whole portrait? Feel free to answer what directly affects you, without also giving fair consideration/fault to other Americans who at one point were not legal but respectful unlike the profiling you claim.

Answer:
all i can say is no to illegals, and no to amnesty. all illegals need to be deported.
war between criminals, their supporters and the law abiding citizens of the USA. Just like Rome, we are falling and the beggars are kept happy with bread and circus'
Niether,
The United States welcome all legal immigrants, that is to say, those who go through the proper channels and come here with documents.
The US is a metling pot, we take the best of every culture and adapt to it.
What really ticks us off, is when people sneak across the border, overstay visa's, and break the law once they are here.

We are a nation of laws, and once people have broken those laws to get here, why should they have to obey the rest?
Because it's illegal. That's why they are labeled "Illegal Aliens". If it such an accepted practice in Mexico, then why do they have armed border guards on the southern border who are under orders to shoot any illegals from Central America trying to illegally cross their border. Man, if one American border guard so much as grabs one of the illegals too hard they get put in jail.
Just what part of the word "ILLEGAL" do you not understand. This is a country of law. Do it the roght way and no one has a problem. The only one pointing fingers around here is YOU!
Ilegal doesn't mean a sick bird. It means its wrong. What if we started copying movies that say COPYING THIS MOVIE IS ILEGAL right at the front? People would come and arrest us!!1 What if we started goign on other people's lawns when they had signs up that said in BIG RED LETTERS: TRESPASSING IS ILEGAL!!1 They would arrest us. So, the next time you think something ilegal is legal, its NOT!
Correct! Everyone likes pointing fingers at everyone else yet they never accept that they would ever be wrong. It's very pathetic the way some people speak of the "illegals" because they are mostly afraid and feel threatened that "ILLEGALS WILL TAKE OVER". I have never been so ashamed in my life as I am now to see all these people act so possessive, "it's my tax dollars" -- "those are my jobs" WHAT ARE WE IN? KINDER GARDEN? --- seems like most of these people are.

Sometimes it makes me think back to elementary when you would be in the playground and all the rich kids had a SHI* load of toys and would NEVER share with the other kids.
It wasn't "all of a sudden" for me. It started for me with the language business, quickly followed by increased crime, gangs and being run out of our neighborhoods.then with welfare abuse and all the rest..must speak Spanish for basic jobs.but the clincher was the march and the hate spewed and the crock of jobs lazy Americans won't do..kill the gringo..news of LaRaza, MeCha, LuLac, NAU, SPP...well.cinched it up for me. No way..

I was at first "compassionate" till I saw the blatent racism...more demands and more demands that citizens don't even have.."sanctuary" in churches and all the rest of the business. Taking it to the streets everytime they don't get their way or "their" people get caught doing serious crimes and their whining about having anything done to "their" people as if they are totally exempt of any law we have..sorry.killed any compassion I had. Hard to feel kindly towards people who openly express how much your hated..how they won't speak our language and how thrilled they are with each town they run people out of and turn it into their own little Mexico of which you aren't allowed to enter.

I personally don't have a problem with Mexicans.my husbands best friend is..I've known many my whole life...they just don't have the "attitude" of this new group. I don't like alot of these people because of how they act. I wouldn't like any group of people who acted like this no matter what color they were or what country they came from.

The "unjustices" at these work places aren't JUST at Mexicans. I'm sick of this bull of thinking these places were somehow dream jobs and then suddenly they changed to something else just because Mexicans started working there. In many cases they were hired because they couldn't say anything and Americans were pushed out so the business could continue status quo without "citizens" rocking the boat and do it for less money. The American people didn't do it and the businesses would have taken any body, of any color from any country to do their bidding. Because they were ILLEGAL. Not because they had brown skin. Are they so ignorant they can't see that? Are they also such fools as to think their butts won't be hitting the pavement if they "complain and demand" too much? Race hasn't got squat to do with it.it's being illegal and cheap that was all that mattered. Why the heck do you think so many businesses are leaving here? CHEAP labor and not having to abide by our other laws. But instead of packing up shop and leaving.many opted to import cheap labor legally and illegally to maintain their profits to accomplish the same thing and illegals are thinking this whole time they're something "special". It's time you wise up and realize "race" isn't the issue. Never was till they made it a race issue because it's been easier to blame that than to wake-up and see what's happening.

The "issues" facing Mexicans now are the same issues we've all faced at one time or another. Your so called "abuses" are the same we all face if we aren't rich or don't have a college education or are stuck doing something and being taken advantage of because we don't have the money to fight it....they aren't any different than anyone else and I'm sick of hearing about they're so special and this is something new and unique just for them. Please.

The only thing new and unique is the massive numbers of people here illegally...which has compromised our way of life, safety, communities, education, health care, and everything else. Most aren't contributing to a community..they are running people out of theirs. Most aren't content to be a PART of it.they want to take it over. Many aren't trying to blend in..they are making sure they don't. They aren't concentrating on adapting.they are h bent to change it so they don't have to. We aren't having these problems with other immigrants, legal or illegal. And they are different colors, different cultures and different relegions. When are some going to stop hiding behind their "race" and start looking at what they're doing and how they're acting as to why there's such "problems"?
Its a war started by rich white guys who don't want to share their toys with the other colored boys and girls.
The whitie people do not like nothing but white, just rember what they di to the indian and the black one, so if they be avaible to do the same with the Latin they would do it so is bout the color, We are Legal and we suffer thesame racism that suffer an illegal. Is not about law or nation or languague is just about color.
I'm not welcoming MS-13, or criminals to our country. My family has worked too hard to give up what i have to some drug dealer from mexico, or whatever country they come from.
I grew up in an area heavily populated by Hispanics and today I enjoy the friendship and relationship I have with them. I also have a number of Greek and Italian friends I share an equal respect for. I am not sure where my ancestors came from and it makes no difference; I was born a U S citizen as was my father and grandfather. I welcome all LEGAL immigrants and I would like to see our government fix the problem they have created by not properly handling the immigration program. Giving amnesty to ANY illegal group (aliens, burglars, thief's, or whatever) is not the right answer. We need to stop the illegal entry, fix the guest worker program so we can provide the jobs and ensure the legal immigrant is properly protected, and get the illegals out of the United States. I think the real problem started when the illegals started waiving Mexican flags and demanding they be given equal treatment - should we expect our federal and state prisoners to now wave their t-shirts and insist they get the same rights as we have?
I believe this is nothing more than a ploy by the government to change off the focus of Iraq. Since policy is obviously failing in Iraq as violence has not been subdued due to the influx of 30,000 U.S. troops. What better way to capture the focus of the American population than to try and pass unprescedented immigration reform? Everyone feels passionate about immigration whether for it or against, but seriously we have major problems to fix abroad right now. I'm not a proponent of ignoring our immigration problems. But, I am not blind to the fact that each issue has its own time to take the forefront and right now I believe it's nothing less than a ploy by a less than subtle government.
its a war on criminals who enter the us illegally to steal benefits
