What rights should illegal immigrants be allowed to have if any in the U.S.?
Answer:
I think they should have the right to a swift, safe deportation. Anything else is a slap in the face to American citizens and immigrants who obey the law.

~I think they should have NO rights, their illegal for heaven's sake.~
Basic human rights, except for those illegal aliens that contributed to the deaths of over 45,000 American citizens in the last 5 years. (That's a lot more Americans than have died in Iraq - for all you radical leftists that complain about the war but not about illegal aliens.)
Other than that they shouldn't have any rights whatsoever. Until they are deported, they should be given water and an apple. They shouldn't be beaten or physically hurt. They basically deserve the same rights as my dog.
Whenever the illegal immigration debate comes up I always think about the logic behind the idea of a U.S. citizen thinking they can enter another country illegally & how wrong & against the law that is - a U.S. citizen cannot saunter over to England, Germany, Japan, etc. and just be accepted because they showed up looking for a new lifestyle or a better way of living - the U.S.A. has become too complacent in allowing anyone who makes it across the border to hang out & start a new life - other countries don't allow it & the U.S.A. shouldn't as well.the U.S. government has become to politically correct at the cost of it's tax paying, law abiding citizens!
They have the right to leave without being shot.
i think that taxpayers have rights. The rights in this country are designed for citizens, and where in the constitution are social assistance programs a right?
I think they should not have any rights. They should be deported. Period. NO AMNESTY!
They should have the right to breathe, that's it.
Or the right to head south across the Rio Grande!
the right to go home...
I'm sorry probably everyone are going to hate me
but it does not have sense to talk about immigration rights
when this people are commit a crime
by breaking our immigration law
so no, they should not have any rights
we are paying for their lawyers, tax payers money. it was just on fox news on cable. talking about a native American being mad. my old man is teed off at that. he said the natives don't get that privilege. we Americans need to stop all free hand outs to the illegals.
They should have the right to be escorted from our country in a timely and humane manner. When dropped off in their home country they should be informed that crossing the US border without proper authorization is a crime, and that if they return illegally that they will have the right to do time in a US prison before their next deportation.

It's a misconception that is drummed into their heads. And as pro-illegal organizations, employers, and politicians keep telling them these things. they will keep coming. However if we prosecute them as they would us (had we hired or knowingly housed illegals) perhaps in the hopes of doing so it'll put a stop to it. But if you think this is as bad as it can get -the new reform bill wants to allow illegals to take attorneys away from our poor and under-class to defend all illegals at American taxpayers expense. Also taxpayer dollars would go to Mexico and care for their poor, and under-class. Give them medical and health care, and pre-natal care. Another words develop Mexico altogether. They will pay the fines and fees or they will lowered or omitted. They will not have to pay back taxes that are owed to the government for all the years they have been here illegally. The government wants to make it easier for illegals to send more money back home to Mexico.

Other than that - if they are illegal, they have the right to remain silent regarding our laws and policies until they go about becoming American citizens the legal way.
they need to go back to their own country and protest there. if they do not like what is going on there stay and change it.do not come here illegally and expect a hand out. we have enough people here to take care of.
the right to go back or be shot like the invaders they are
