My parents barley got their employment permit a couple of days ago and we would love to go out to San Diego but we dont know if their would be a problem beacuse they still havnt gotton their visa stamped ?

I know a close friend that was in the same situation, I wouldn't, don't risk it. If you do get stopped by immigration and you don't have your legal Visa or Permanent resident card you are in deep trouble. Just wait trust me.
It might be a problem but if you live close to the immigration office or INS go and ask them if you live close to the border with Mexico go and ask them or the Border Patrol agent by your self take it from there
