they can afford it. But it is their money, they do with it as they wish?
Mexico apparently has a problem with taking care of the masses. Most likely it's issues with distribution of wealth and corruption.
I do not know enough to say for sure.
The US excelled because of mandatory education and investments in the interstate system. No big secret.
Mexico was under a tyranny for 70 years.
PRI dictatorship ruled Mexico for 70 yrs.
Remember Luis Echeverria .. he had two jobs.
But most important is that Mexicans deserve economic asylum or exile in USA.
