I'm changing my answer. Since Jacksonville is a hot job market I'm changing my vote to Jacksonville.
They ruin Miami and are now well on their way to ruining Los Angeles

I would have to go with Miami and LA.but that's just a guess (I am going by stats on high incidence of infectious diseases, TB in particular )

Miami and L.A . I have not been to L.A. for years but I can tell you as of 07/03/2007 Miami is certainly a third world city.
