My husband and I are already in US, he is currently holding a H1B visa and we are processing the 3 step to get a green card, my question is if we need to go back to our country's consultor office to get a green card since we are here already?

It's actually easier to get a green card once your here already. Go to Portland, Oregon... I heard it's the easiest immigration office because alot of the people who work their are on the far left (liberals, democrats, socialist) who are sympathetic to immigrants. Don't get me wrong, my father was a immigrant.
