How can i get my boyfriend over on a visitors visa from south africa? how long does it take?

i already applied for a fiancee visa for him and its going to take a year! were having a baby in october. somebody please help.

Answer:
You can't. They will never issue him a tourist visa because he's currently the subject of an immigration petition. If he wants to try he can go to the US embassy or a US consulate and apply. There's a $100 application fee.
He has to apply for the Visa in SA not you. He should contact the US Embassy in Johannesburg or any of the Consulates. It is a tourist visa he wants and you cannot get that for him.
by the time all that visa stuff goes through, you and him will be old and grey

sneak him in now and take it from there...
