It's the W-7 form, but in order for you to get a TIN number, you need to show a valid passport and visa. W-7 is not for illegal immigrants. This form is usually used by foreign students or legal immigrants that are waiting for some type of immigration process to be completed or approved.

Illegals get paid under the counter because of the growing pressure against the employers. So they aren't paying taxes, because uncle sam doesn't know they are getting paid. Make sense? So they get their money, their employer doesn't have them on the payroll, and they are subject to the rules. They get their money tax free, and when they have kids, we paying gentlemen and ladies pay for that. They go get hospital care, they commit crimes, they aren't supposed to be here, and when they get sent to "yail" guess who pays for it .
