hi, I'm 19 year old living with student visa in the UK but my dad is a british citizien. Is it possible to change my visa to dependent visa without having go back to my native country and reapply it ? or is there even any chance that i could get visa like that ?
Thanks in advance
Answer:
i dont think so, british policy for dependants is for 18 years and below only...
why not get a solicitor to get an accurate answer?!
.I don't think there is such a thing as a dependent visa. You could apply for citizenship.
I think you have to get a solicitor for this and it will not be too much of a problem with your dad being British,i'm not sure we have a visa like a ''dependent visa''
NO go back to your country and stay there.
