I have the option of filing my green card (first stage - labor) from Nebraka or Vermont. Which is better?

Please answer based on the labor priority dates being processed at both centers.

Answer:
Did you consider telling the truth? You can't be in Nebraska AND Vermont at the same time. I hope they bust you and deport you back to the place where you learned your manners.
Thought you will have to go back home first. You could call some one in them states, ask them.
Doesn't really matter.
I don't think it matters eithier, my wife has one and at the two year level we went in and had it up dated for ten years and there was no mention of where to file..and we've moved state to state...and now its good forever..
I find it very strange that you have the option. It usually depends on what state you live in. It's not a matter of choosing where.. It sounds very peculiar to me.

But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Things may have changed. But if I were you I'd make sure.

Either one is ok.. they all do the same, one day an office is ahead of the other one and the next day it's the opposite. All I can tell you is, they all take their time.
