My parents immigrated here when I was 6 years old; they became Citizens but did not process my paperwork...?
Answer:
Well you messed up by not applying while you were active duty, but contact the INS and explain your situation. It would have been free, but now it's probably going to cost you. I assume you have a DD214, if not you should get one and explain to anyone concerned that you are in the process of obtaining citizenship. Your request seems to be urgent. So if you're in trouble, threats of deportation, etc., get an attorney.
Sorry, I'm not able to help you more, but I only answered because it seemed that no one else was.
just apply for citizenship.
As the first answer said, you need to contact Immigration. I would think you should not have a hard time, particularly since you served in the US Army.
You have plenty of time in, and can apply right away. Here is the web site for information and the complete instruction book:

I have no clue what you should do, but I wanted to thank you for your service in the US army.
Good luck and God bless
I believe if your parents became citizens BEFORE you turned 18, then you are citizen (Just like by birth), with no need for naturalization ceremony and stuff.
