What can I do to increase my chances of getting work in another country?

I'm having problems because people here will not accept the experience from my work in my home country. It is becoming so bad, that I'm thinking of leaving my family here and going back home to work. Any suggestions? I don't want to work outside of my field.

Answer:
Definitely to learn that specific country's language. Once you've comprehended the language, there will be good chances of you getting that job in a foriegn country.
On your resume just put your skills and experiences, do not emphatisize on the companies you worked. Just talk about you not them and that should work.
Worrying is a waste of time. One can start their life over and over again with an opened mind. There are jobs every where, so fret not my human counterpart and go in peace!
Make sure you know which countries have foriegn national work law. i.e. in Italy a job can not be given to a non-citizen until it is offered to every citizen first. I know there are quite a few countries like world wide. Wouldn't it be nice if the US was too?
