How does one aply for a working holiday visa for Japan? When they live in Canada.?

I'm a bit confused as to where or how you may go about doing this. thanx for you'r help

Apply for the visa at the Japanese embassy in Canada.
Go to, or contact, your nearest Japanese embassy. Failing that, if you go to university, ask at the international centre or career centre.
