here are my ideas. please comment:
cut down on the H1B Visa.
Also make companies pay huge amounts of money to import workers. Tax up front and a big tax for every week or month they are employeed. this money would go to the US education system. Maybe grants for college.
Companies and colleges that bring in workers and studens will be responsible for them. These people would have to check in every 10 days. the company or school is responsible for their location. the US goverment can ask at any point the location. if the colleges or companies have lost the people, then HUGE fines will be imposed.

Not a bad theory. You have spent some time on this I see. Ya know if our "leaders" would stop and use common sense on the issues they could come up with something that would work.
Corporate America wants to make money on the illegals..lower wages less tax etc..
While we are the ones paying with our tax money for their education, incarceration, insurance and on and on.
Bottom line the little people must stand and be counted....send a strong message to our politicians.
the u.s. school system does not need money , the teachers need new teaching methods to get on the kids level so he understands the information , only then would the drop out rates change
I disagree, it would be far better to allow in migrant workers on a strictly enforced and policed visa. This will allow all those who do not want to do certain work concentrate on trying to obtain work they wish.
Instead of taxing the employers heavily, make them pay full wages at going rates, but still put some pressure on the employer to be partially responsible for keeping track of them.
The taxes they pay should go into the same coffers as everybody else's does. Your suggestion on that issue smacks of racism
I think the number of immigrants let into the US should be cut to allow others a better chance at the american dream. The laws that are already in place should be inforced and not ignored.
No anchor baby's .
You have to be legal to come into the US .
If the Church brings or helps them to get here then they are responsible for them till they become American Citizens , that includes health care and their education also . Lets see how they like footing the bill for a change .
When an illegal is caught and the rest of the family is illegal as well, and that includes "anchor babies".....the entire family goes back unless they find legal citizens to take custody of the minor children. It seems useless to deport the man and leave the known illegal wife etc here because as soon as he's deported.....he's back over the border in days.
I like your idea about schools and jobs being responsible if they feel the need to import workers or if students are here on visas. When I went to college they did check on the foreign students. If they dropped out etc. they were deported.
Fines for churches or organizations who aid a abet illegals in any way.
No sanctuary cities. Non-enforcement of laws means no federal funds and the persons telling law enforcement to not do their jobs are fired and barred from any public office in the future. Their job is to enforce the laws and Constitution....not re-write it.
No more "free" services for non-citizens. They are billed for their services. Enough of the "free" birthing of anchor babies and using the ER as their private physician. Citizens are in to debt to their ears and just saying I don't have the money doesn't exempt them from some share of monatary payment. They have to prove their situation for any help and that help is for citizens....not non-citizens.
No weapons for non-citizens.
The very first thing that needs to happen is eliminating the anchor baby situation. No kids born to illegals get citizenship.
A guest worker program is fine. I do think that companies should pay a fee to hire people on a guest worker program simply because it costs tax payer dollars to keep track of these people.
Not a huge amount but a nominal amount per how many they hire.
And they need to make an easy reporting system for companies to validate legality. One that doesnt make a company afraid to report and investigate.
And companies who hire illegals need to be fined and licenses suspended. Revoked if it was found they knowingly violated law and knowingly hired illegals.
Also I think no healthcare for illegals except emergency lifesaving care. No in state tuition, no drivers licenses, etc..
NO benefits for illegals besides lifesaving emergency healthcare.
