How long is the process for the greencard through employement?
And during the process can she/he apply for the temp work permit?, when she/he can apply? during the submitting application (waiting period) or after the approval of petition?
Please explain it to me in layman term...

It all depends on if you are single or if you have a family that you want to bring aswell. It tends to be much much faster for single people. It took my dad years but my single aunt it only took her like 6-8 months :)

Depends what country your trying to get into...
takes about 30 days for it to clear the labor department and then you can join the 8 year line over at USCIS
It took me 5 years.
