I would like to apply for a working holiday visa and stay by my boyfriend who works in the UK, is this ok?

Would this be considered an attachment to the UK? My boyfriend isn't a UK citizen but an EEA citizen.

If you are a C/W citizen aged 17-30 then you can apply for a WHM visa (prior to travelling to the UK). Your personal reason for doing so is not likely to be relevant.
