Can an illegal alien get deported after having a baby in the states?
Answer:
Yes. Read the article in my sources list. It's about illegal immigrant parents being deported even though all of their children are American born.
Yes, it happens all the time. The baby can stay with relatives or return to the parent's home country with the parent.

they get food stamps and aid to families with dependant children and free prenatal and birthing care, and when the child is 21 (used to be 18) they can petition for the parent, and school here is better and paid for by us. They don't have universal 'free' education through high school in Mexico, for example. We give and we give and we give and our own children's schools are failing. We have to cut off the benefits.

yes.
Yes, they can be. I am not sure of their children.
Yes! Just because the baby is a US citizen doesn't make the parent citizen or legal.
if the father is american then she may stay, if not she goes with the child.
thats the law any way. the reasion we dont enforce it is because society says thats wrong to send the child and mother back.
just because you are born here does not make you american. to be american one of you parents must be an american citzen
this would be an example of a cultural law (wrong term i think) or a law that is fallowed even though it is not officaly written any where.
you are ignorant. no one is coming here to have babies. they come here to work and live a better life, maybe to start a family. no one gets deported for having a baby here in the US.
she can get it a if her child is born over in the states but if she do any thing against the law she can be deported and the country keep the child because the child is a citizen or you carry the child back to your home country.
YES
