If you feel that strongly about it, couldn't you just contact immigration officials and 'tip them off' that this about to occur? I'm sure you could do this on the condition of anonymity. In any case, I appreciate your' anger-and am amazed at how foolish this woman is.

find out what night she will bringing her husband to the school and let immigrations know about it. if that does not work, then complain to the institute. Good luck.
I would think the school would be bound to report this to the police. Someone illegal will be at the school at such and such a time. An illegal act. Perhaps reporting it to the police would be the thing for you to do.
I totally agree with you, I'd be pi.ss.ed too. I'd say call the migra but they'd probably just laugh you off the phone. Take it up with the dean of that college and ask how illegal alien presentations are relevant to the class. This is a tough one....
You can file a complaint with the school - and you should - although I wouldn't expect them to do to much about it. Most colleges tend to be on the liberal-leaning side. And I wouldn't even bother bringing any of this up to your "race and gender" professor, because it will likely fall on deaf ears.
But definitely file a complaint with the school, anyway. And if you can get more people to sign your complaint, that would even be better.
You might also want to get in contact with the USCIS, after all, he is here illegally.

One simple answer the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church considers the final act of love between a man and woman more important then children straving. The Church keeps pushing this agenda no one is illegal that is unless it starts costing them money. The student needs to enter into Catholic rehab. I am serious enter Catholic rehab. 99% with these problems would priests vanish but the Catholic Church is not minding their own business and The Catholic Church seems to have no problems with the scope of their ungodly deeds. Ones who are caught up in this it is the priest who get's transfer to another Catholic Church only to encounter and administer more harm to kids who will pay the with the emotional damage for the rest of their bliefts and life. In general the Catholic Church do not take these matter serious. You are not the police, neither are you immigration control...you have no status to interfere in anothers life.
You know, in Nazi Germany, the Germans told the children they must report their parents for any activity that they (the children) thought was wrong.
That's not what we are about. If there is a problem with the status of the woman and her husband, that is THERE business, not yours.

File a formal complaint with your teacher AND your school. Get other students to do the same.
If the school refuses to get involved, call your local t.v. station and tell them what is going on!!!
Here in AZ. one news station ( channel 3) has a thing called "3 on your side"!! you can call them,they will investigate,and try to get something done about it!!
Also,Find out the time and day the illegal will be present, and call INS and report him!!

To the poster above me. As soon as they start mixing the stats of legal and illegal immigrants together without differentiating you can pretty much bet it's a con job. Legal immigrants (being screened before they come) are significantly less likely than our overall unscreened population to be incarcerated for a crime. The opposite is true of illegal immigrants, taken alone. That is simply a fact.
As to the original question, I don't know. When President Fox came to speak to the California legislature a number of the Republicans in the legislature boycotted altogether and the ones that did come wore pins saying 'No mas.'
If your classmates would support you, either of those ways might be a way to go.
I answered this question when you posted it earlier, as I hadn't seen that you had reposted it and so I suggested you repost it because you hadn't many answers. Now, I see you got some pretty good response. I am also wondering if you feel that other class members feel the way you do and, if so, why don't those who feel the same as you all bombard the Immigration office, the mayor, and the police with your complaints. As well, perhaps a petition signed by those members handed to the head of the educational institution (but wait until the event occurs, in case it doesn't happen. The woman may have second thoughts or her illegal husband may not want to come to class.) Maybe take a video recorder to the class and try to record the event when it happens and you could then play it on utube, as well as for the benefit of the news, INS, etc.
I think you should concern yourself with other things.
He is not taking YOUR job
He is not invading YOUR house
He has done nothing to personally harm you physically.
