How long does it take to get a tourist visa to Croatia? (Philippine Passport on H1-B visa)?

I'm on H1-B visa carrying Philippine Passport and need to go to Croatia for holiday. I hear it takes a month to get a visa. Is this true?? Can't it be quicker?
