Counting the country I was born in, 7. Greece, Italy, France, United States, England, the Bahamas, and Canada. I'll be going to Japan this summer, though.
As of now, 67 and I have set foot on the mainland of all 7 continents. Most people who go to Antarctica don't set foot on the mainland. They usually just visit one of the offshore islands. I plan on getting to many more countries in the future. My goal is to reach at least 100 before I die.
